The Experience & Process
Below is the what you can expect for regular sessions. Reach out to me for my Weddings & Elopements Guide to learn about what to expect for your big day!
Step 1: Review my website, portfolio, social media pages to make sure my editing and photographing style matches what you're looking for.
Step 2: Contact me via my contact form or email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with what type of session and date you are wanting, as well as any other important details or requests. I'll get back to you within 48 hours!
Step 3: We will discuss the details of what you're wanting in your session. When you're ready to book, I will send over an invoice and contract. A $75.00 non-refundable retainer and a signed contract is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance will be due the day of the photoshoot. I will also send over my complimentary styling guide to help you and your loved one(s) figure out what to wear.
Step 4: 1 week before our session I'll be tracking the weather and reach out to confirm the details of our session.
1 day before our session I'll contact you to confirm exactly where to meet.
Step 5: After our awesome session, I'll send sneak peek photos within 48 hours of our session. Your final gallery will be sent to your email on file within 2-3 weeks for regular sessions, 4-6 weeks for elopements and 6-8 weeks for weddings where you will be able to download your edited, high resolution images.

What do I wear?
I have a complimentary client styling guide just for you! I'll email that to you when your session is booked. I'll help you with choosing outfits that compliment your session.
What should I bring to my session?
Props and pets are totally welcome! Just please make sure to inform me before our session, so I am best prepared in order to create the most beautiful photos!
How many images will I receive?
Each package has a guaranteed amount of images. You will receive the baseline amount of photographs with a possibility of receiving more! I don't keep good images from my clients or up charge them for more photographs.
When do I have to pay?
To secure your session, you must have a paid non-refundable retainer and contract signed to be officially on my calendar. The remaining balance is due the day of the photo session. All photographs cannot be released until full payment is received.
Where are you located?
I am located in Clarksville, TN. That being said, no location is too far to travel too! I frequently travel coast to coast in the USA though out the year. Reach out to me if you are interested in me traveling to a different location! If I happen to travel to your area, then travel fees are waived!
Do you travel?
Heck yes I travel!!! Traveling and exploring is one of my passions! Please reach out to me if you would like for me to travel to you or a different destination than Clarksville, TN. I frequently travel to both the West and East coasts in the USA. No location is too far!
Do you photoshop clients?
You are BEAUTIFUL just the way you are. Of course I will edit out blemishes, something on your clothes or something distracting in the background of the photograph. I will not alter a client's body.
Do you give out RAW images?
I do not send RAW images under any circumstance. RAW images are large, incomplete files. When I am hired, I'm hired not only for the experience with me, but also the edited, final images. I work hard to produce the most beautiful images for my clients. Editing the photographs is particular to my style as an artist and I will not send out an unfinished product.
